You can sign up for any of our memberships online. Every membership includes a BTB Dynamics course for no additional charge. If you are new to CrossFit, you must complete this course prior to starting our all levels classes. If you are an experienced CrossFitter or have already completed BTB Dynamics, you can start classes right away. Please check the BTB Dynamics Schedule before signing up to properly choose your start date.

World Class Fitness in 100 Words

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

BTB Fitness

One company, four gyms, one mission.
 

BTB Fitness is a locally owned CrossFit affiliate located in Atlanta, GA. You will find our services convenient to areas all over town including Midtown, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Decatur, Virginia Highlands, Candler Park, Inman Park, Vinings and Smyrna. BTB is more like a community than it is a stark, cold gym. In any of our programs the results are proven, moods are upbeat and the camaraderie is high. 

BTB started off in the mid 2000's training groups at Piedmont Park.  In the winter of 2006, while doing research on functional exercises one of BTB's owners discovered CrossFit.com - an open source athletic training program which incorporates exercises from multiple disciplines including gymnastics, weightlifting and plyometric/sprint training.

After bringing a couple of CrossFit workouts into the fold, all of the BTB instructors were humbled with a couple of short "doses." From there, we became believers and the rest is history. Over time as BTB began to gain a following, we became a licensed CrossFit affiliate in 2007 and opened our first gym in the Poncey Highlands- BTB CrossFit.

Since our inception, we have helped hundreds if not thousands of Atlantans get into the best shape of their lives. We cordially invite you to become one of them.
