On July 1st 2010 my life changed. Shamefully, I couldn’t do a single pull up. This morning, I did 105 as part of the WOD (workout of the day) My deadlift went from 155lb to 335lb..I can run a 5k in 20mins and I’m able to do things that when I first walked into the gym scared me. I’m now officially a full paid up member of the Crossfit Nation and can’t see myself ever working out any other way! With these results, why would I?
