BTB Access Pass

We've found over the years that not everyone can make a membership work. Whether it be constant travel, an austere schedule, or just plain ole aversion to any sort of commitment. The BTB Access Pass is our solution to allow you access to our program by purchasing an electronic punch card. You can purcase as few as 1 class, or buy as many as you like in discounted packs of 5 or 10. 

The BTB access pass is good for all classes offered in our gym. To be able to attend our CrossFit WOD classes- you must have prior experience training at a licensed CF affiliate gym or have completed our BTB Dynamics on-ramp course. 

It is not required that you complete the Dynamics course to attend our other accompanying classes such as L.O.T, BTB Betties, Mobility/Yoga, Endurance, SpeedBells, etc. You can just purchase your access pass and begin attending these classes right away.

SpeedBells! 


Speed Bells is a Kettlebell focused class that utilizes CrossFit Methodology, the Tabata Protocol concept, and various Kettlebell techniques & drills. This class is a total body conditioning workout focusing on weight training with kettlebells and cardio intervals. 
It will challenge your strength, flexibility, speed and stamina. 

As a BTB member, you get to enjoy the Speedbells class as a part of your regular membership. It is not required that you are a BTB member to attend. Nor, do you have to have any previous CrossFit experience. You'll be able to pick up anything you need to know as you attend the class. If you are not a BTB member, in order to attend SpeedBells, you'll need to purchase an ACCESS PASS. You can purchase as few or an many classes as you like. Once you have purchased your access pass, all you need to do is SIGN UP for the classes in advance of attending. Feel free to email us with any questions about the class or getting signed up.
