This page is where you will find the growing collection of our favorite recipes. All of these recipes have been either collected from or sent in to us from a variety of performance minded sources. All of these recipes fit into our nutritional philosophy at BTB. Some may be a bit more of a "treat" than others, but all use only whole food sources. If you are adhering to a strict paleolithic style diet, be sure to read all ingredients to make sure the recipe fits into your plan. Most of them should.

POST WOD BAR's
3/4 - 1 pound Unsweetened Pitted Dates
1/2 cup Raw Almonds
1/2 cup Raw Walnuts
1/2 cup Raw Cashews or Pecans
1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/2 cup Raw Almond Butter (no sugar, no salt)
Mix together in Food Processor. Rub hands with
Coconut Oil and pat out little bars. Then top them with finely shredded coconut flakes. Refrigerate.
These are perfect for after a workout! Taste way better than a LaraBar...and you can pick your
own ingredients! You could add in some protein powder for more protein, or stevia for sweetner...although I think they are plenty sweet from the dates.
