This page is where you will find the growing collection of our favorite recipes.  All of these recipes have been either collected from or sent in to us from a variety of performance minded sources.  All of these recipes fit into our nutritional philosophy at BTB.  Some may be a bit more of a "treat" than others, but all use only whole food sources.  If you are adhering to a strict paleolithic style diet, be sure to read all ingredients to make sure the recipe fits into your plan. Most of them should.

1 pound cooked shrimp (I needed to make dinner really fast so I got cooked shrimp but you can also use uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined)
1 Tbsp ground ginger
½ tsp of red pepper
2 Tbsp lemon or lime juice (double if not using soy sauce)
1 Tbsp of balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 zucchini sliced
1 red onion, halved and sliced
½ cup of sliced mushrooms
1 cup of baby carrots
1 cup of red or yellow bell pepper sliced in strips
½ cup of Cauliflower and/or Broccoli
4 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Heat EVOO in a skillet. Add in veggies (except for mushrooms), garlic, ginger, red pepper, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice. Sauté until softening. Add in mushrooms. Once veggies are tender add in cooked shrimp for two additional minutes. Nice and simple!!
