I do not measure anything, but here is what I put in: Pork Tenderloin Salsa Onions Peppers (red, green, and yellow) Mushrooms

I let this cook for about 5 hours, then took the pork out and used to forks to pull it apart. It was so tender and sooo good. Also, you could make it a ton of different ways just by changing the salsa that you put in or adding different spices. I also made a beef stew the other day...just beef and a bunch of veggies and seasonings. It was pretty good too.
