All of these recipes fit into our nutritional philosophy at BTB. Some may be a bit more of a "treat" than others, but all use only whole food sources. If you are adhering to a strict paleolithic style diet, be sure to read all ingredients to make sure the recipe fits into your plan. Most of them should.

1 small banana ¼ cup blueberries 1tbs almond meal 1tbs ground flaxseeds-NOT PALEO ½ tsp ground nutmeg 1 scoop vanilla protein powder-NOT PALEO 1 free range egg 2/3 cup water 2 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
