CrossFit Kids is an adaptation of CrossFit tailored to children from age 6 - 16. Like its CrossFit parent, CrossFit Kids is a program consisting of powerful, short burst, high intensity workouts that will leave kids of any fitness level feeling accomplished. The workouts are broad, general and inclusive by design. By adjusting weight and intensity, BTB CrossFit Kids can be scaled to meet the fitness needs of everyone whether training for a sport or just wanting to instill the habits of a healthy lifestyle.
BTB CrossFit Kids instills confidence through physical fitness. Kids who feel good about themselves excel in their studies and sports and tend to make good decisions in their life. The variety of workouts BTB CrossFit Kids employs makes sure every kid is successful.
BTB CrossFit Kids is no ordinary gym.We are not a fitness center. You won't see rows of ellipticals or a wall of flat screen TVs. We're a little more old school than that, using medicine balls, gymnastic rings, barbells, kettlebells, and climbing ropes. Yes, the dreaded climbing ropes from when you were in gym class. But this time, we'll make sure you (we mean your kid) will conquer it.
What you will not find in at BTB CrossFit Kids is a separate machine for each individual muscle and the acres of floor space required to house such equipment. Each exercise routine selected for BTB CrossFit Kids includes multi-joint, compound movements - thereby eliminating all the complicated machinery and time associated with learning each piece of equipment. This leaves more time to focus on exercising in a safe, efficient and extremely effective manner.
