BTB CrossFit™: Where Fitness is a Sport

Whether you're looking to reach peak performance or just get into shape, BTB CrossFit workouts will yield results. CrossFit theory leaves behind the traditional notion of long, slow moderate sessions of exercise and replaces it with powerful, short burst, high intensity workouts that will leave people of any fitness level feeling accomplished. The workouts are broad, general and inclusive by design. By adjusting weight and intensity, BTB CrossFit can be scaled to meet the fitness needs of everyone - from seniors and kids to Olympic athletes.

BTB CrossFit gym hours:

  • M-F: 6 AM - 10 AM (last class starts at 9am), 12PM - 1PM, and 4 PM - 8 PM (last class starts at 7pm)
  • Sat: 9 AM - 11 AM
  • Sun: 10 AM - 12 PM



Stepping into the BTB CrossFit gym will be an eye opening experience for most. A typical CrossFit gym makes "old school" new again. You can expect to see medicine balls flying around, gymnastic rings swaying, barbells over heads, kettlebells swinging and rowing machines in use. What you will not find in a CrossFit facililty is a separate machine for each individual muscle and the acres of floor space required to house such equipment. Each exercise routine selected for CrossFit includes multi-joint, compound movements - thereby eliminating all the complicated machinery and time associated with learning each piece of equipment. This leaves more time for conditioning your body in a safe, efficient and extremely effective manner.

After a brief explanation of the Workout of the Day (WOD), it's 3... 2... 1... GO! The clock begins. Are you competitive? Write your name on the wall and compete against your fellow fitness fanatics. Prefer to workout on your own? No problem... put your iPod on and GO.

What is CrossFit?

  • 2 x per week: $100/mo
