
Your first day of BTB Boot Camp, you look around and see people of all shapes and sizes, old and young, fit and not-so-fit. There’s something about not knowing what is coming next that is oddly thrilling. Suddenly, you find yourself running up a flight of stairs, dashing down a hill, and muscling through push-ups, sit-ups and dips. You gasp for breath. Your arms shake and your legs turn to rubber. This is the weight of your body, the strength of your arms and legs, the power of your breath, the force of your will.
Think you can't do it? Think again. BTB Boot Camp is a 30-day, high intensity program aimed at teaching total mental and physical fitness. The BTB Boot Camp workout combines good old-fashioned exercise, camaraderie and fun with a common-sense nutrition program to produce visible results.
New sessions begin monthly at 6:00 AM or 6:30 PM (6:55 PM June-Aug due to heat), depending on the location you choose. Open-air group workouts combine traditional exercises with modern fitness theory. Push your physical limits with terrain running, PE-style games, calisthenics, speed drills and more. Each day brings a different, inspiring workout. Breaking free of your comfort zone will teach you to expect the best, not only for your physical fitness, but also for your mental strength and overall well-being. And, more likely than not, you’ll laugh your way there.
Our common-sense nutrition plan will help jumpstart a life-long appreciation for wellness. We’ll supply you with a log book that provides information on good nutrition choices, proper portion sizes and the elements of a balanced diet. Use your log book to document your food intake and fitness goals throughout the month. Whether you’re a fitness veteran or just starting out, the BTB Boot Camp program will leave you with a passion for wellness and give you the tools necessary to build your confidence, train your body, and become everything you want to become.
BTB Boot Camp Lite is the same hardcore, results-focused program you know and love from BTB Boot Camp Basic, but with more scheduling flexibility. BTB Boot Camp Lite allows you to complete 1 month of BTB Boot Camp Basic over a 2 month period. Created for those who travel for business, would like to maintain BTB Boot Camp results, or utilize BTB Boot Camp classes to supplement another workout routine. Participants must be a BTB Boot Camp veteran and must have completed Boot Camp session within the past 6 months. A minimum of 2 full BTB Boot Camp sessions are required before you can initially qualify for BTB Boot Camp LITE. Once you have taken LITE, you do not have to take 2 full months of the "Basic" Boot Camp program to qualify for LITE.
