BTB CrossFit™ utilizes weights, old school gym equipment and functional exercise in short, intensive bursts to create and deepen overall fitness. By scaling the weight and workout intensity, BTB CrossFit fits everyone – across the board.
BTB Personal Training™ blends elements of BTB Boot Camp workouts and the gymnasium-style BTB Fitness Gym with customized one-on-one instruction from ISSA Certified trainers. You tell us what you want to become; we’ll guide you there.
