Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. That is the prescription of CrossFit. At BTB, it is our aim to provide this prescription to our clients in it's purest form. We know that life sometimes gets in the way of the "unknown and unknowable" aspect of CrossFit training. Therefore, we have created this page for our clients who want to plan their real life schedules around their training. CrossFit workouts are programmed with the intentions of exceeding the capacity of elite athletes. In the beginning of your CrossFit journey, it is expected that you will be modifying exercises and scaling our workouts. Check your ego. While we take our programming very seriously, we also keep the fun of training and achieving new benchmarks and personal records in mind. Each day, week and month present their own unique challenges and unique stimuli. Our programming is derived from several sources. Some months, we follow the CrossFit HQ main page WOD's, other months we get creative and present original programming for each WOD. We may have a "guest programmer" for a given month or we may dip into the archives of CrossFit HQ WOD's and borrow from there. We are constantly researching and testing different means of programming to produce "increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains". That is how we define fitness.
