The very foundation of a successful strength & conditioning program lies in nutrition. This is something that is taught to every new family member at BTB. We also provide continued support and constant information about nutrition and our philosophies. We like to keep it simple- Eat lean meats, seafood, veggies, root tubers, nuts & seeds, berries & fruit, certain starch and no processsed sugar, grains, legumes or dairy. In a "nutshell" this is called Paleo. A simple google search of "what is paleo" will return thousands and thousands of items. You are encouraged to do the research about this lifestyle on your own.
For all the years we have been discussing the benefits of the Primal/Paleo Lifestyle, we have heard the same excuse over and over: "Yeah- this sounds great. But I don't have time" Well, the gap has finally been bridged and that can no longer be an excuse for healthy eating. Richard Bradford, owner of RSB Foods has developed his Pre Made Paleo line. He has managed to source high quality local ingredients and provide this service at a very reasonable cost.
