We specialize in the Strength & Conditioning methodology called CrossFit. CrossFit is a broad and general fitness program that is applicable to any committed individual who is willing to put in some hard work. Everything we do is completely scalable from the elite athlete, to those looking to get into better shape, rehab clients (injury, illness, etc) and even older folks.
Most of our clientele comes in for our group CrossFit training sessions, but because strength and conditioning is not necessarily a "one size fits all" world, we do happily offer personal training. There are coaches on the BTB team that make themselves available on an appointment basis for one on one training. At BTB, we attack the beast from multiple sides- Exercise, Nutrition and Attitude. If you have specific goals, weaknesses or are training for specific events, we can custom fit a program to the individual.
We are not the cheapest in town, but we provide results. We are happy to refer to you other facilities that offer a budget trainer.
Intro Session: $25.00
Single Sessions: $65.00 per session
Multi Session Packs of 5,10,15 or 20: These are discounted with volume.
