Infomercial Products that Actually Make Your Paleo Life Easier.

I admit it, I am a sucker for a good infomercial.  I get sucked in by how amazing my life will be once I buy.  And, as it turns out, some of these products really are life changing!

You can get all these products by Googling them, shopping at Costco, or as i am going to do, link you all to Amazon.com.  I have several obsessions and Amazon.com is one of them.  I am busy just like all of you guys.  Online shopping saves me tons of time and wasted trips to the store.  Especially when shopping for a specific brand of coconut milk or a particular vitamin.  It is just easier to go to a one stop shop.  Plus you can sign up for an Amazon prime membership and get free shipping on tons of stuff.  I highly recommend that membership if you are serious about Paleo.  I have been able to order: Coconut flour, coconut milk, coconut oil, Super Enzymes, curry paste and paper towels all in the same order.  I find it to be a huge time saver.

Let's start with my favorite infomercial product of all time, The Slap Chop.
(I want to be clear here, I am not a fan of the Sham Wow.)  The Slap Chop will save you loads of chopping time.  Peel an onion or two, stick them in the SC and you have prepped onion for the week.  Ready for your morning scramble?  Pull zucchini, squash, onion, okra under the SC and go to town.  It rocks.

Running close to first position is the Magic Bullet.  MB how do I love thee, let me count the ways.  First, it makes my favorite sauce in the world: the Adobe Sauce.  Second it makes chimmichuri sauce, third it mashes my cauliflower mash, fourth it whips up my everyonceinawhile cheat Paleo Banana Pancakes, last but not least, it makes me frozen, slushy style Americanos.  It rocks.  Buy one, seriously.

Okay, those two are enough for now.  Go get them both.  Now-seriously.  Both will change your cooking life.

My magic bullet arrived a few days ago, and I am already in love. I immediately made the chipotle sauce, and it only took minutes with no mess!!

Jules-
The Post WOD Bars that you posted. Can you change the Dates amount to 3/4 to 1 pound of unsweetened pitted dates.
I just talked to my sister and a half of a bag = 3/4 to 1 lb. of dates.

Thanks

If anybody has been out or about to be out of Coconut Oil. The Dekalb Farmers Market finely has it stocked back up. Just FYI.

IHey Guys- Thank you for having the cooking class! My 3rd week I was totally off track - it helped me refocus and learn a few things. :)

Also thanks Jules for the field trip to the grocery store - very cool. I appreciate the time you spent with us!
