You'll want to familiarize yourself with our WOD blog page. This blog is where we post all of our daily workouts and communicate daily gym info to all of BTB membership. If you do not regularly follow this page, you may miss some inportant information that could affect your training. A very simple way to make sure you are getting the daily info is to sign up for the RSS feed, which you can do from the toolbar at the bottom of the website.
We also disseminate information via our Facebook and Twitter pages. You can get connected with these on the same toolbar on the bottom of the website.
