New Client Info > BTB Endurance > How does it work?

BTB Endurance is an overlay program which is included in your BTB membership. It works just like any other class visit. Except, you MUST sign up for these classes IN ADVANCE in order to participate. To get signed in for these classes, just follow the instructions on the BTB ENDURANCE page. 

In the case of inclimate weather, always check the Endurance Blog prior to going to train. If there is lightning, hail, excessive wind, etc, cancellation of class will be posted on this page. 


Maintain the 3:1 WOD schedule and select 2 or 3 CFE workouts per week: 

Ideally, 1 interval, 1 stamina/tempo and 1 interval with no more than 1 stamina and 1 tempo run per week. If you are CrossFitting along with Endurance, be sure there is a minimum of 3 hours between workouts to allow for muscle recovery.
