A lot of folks will tell you that running is a mental sport. I agree that once we master the mechanics of running it can often be mind over matter. What keeps you going when you're in the middle of a tough WOD or a long race? ANy quotes or thoughts that push you through?

Monday 6AM @ Ponce: 1min on, 1 min off, 1 min on, 50 sec off, 1 min on, 40 sec off, 1 min on, 30 sec off, 1 min on 20 sec off, 1 min on, 10 sec off, then go back up the ladder until you finish with 1 min on, 50 sec off, 1 min on.
Tuesday 6:30 PM @ Ponce: 10 x 100m sprints, every 30 seconds on the 30 second mark
Wednesday 6AM @ Ponce / 6:30 PM @ Buck: 3 x (200m + 400m+ 600m); rest the duration of each interval
Stamina: 40 min max distance, max effort run
