Introducing BTB Kids & Teens

We will pick back up to 3 and maybe 4 days a week closer to the summer. Be on the look out for our monthly CrossFit Kids summer program.

BTB Kids & Teens is a program specifically designed for the younger population. It is based on the same guiding principles as our adult program, but is specifically designed to help the developmental needs of our younger population. As with our adult program, the workouts consist of constantly varied funtional movements. This means that no two workouts are the same.
Our goal is to better your child's physical abilities in strength, agility, flexibility, coordination and balance – all in a fun, challenging and encouraging environment. Our class structure is similar to an "old school" P.E. class. We'll teach functional movements that are integral to your child's physical development, and that they will use in everyday life.

In addition to the physical aspect of the program, we will promote responsible life choices such as teaching healthy food choices. The community environment of BTB will also foster friendships. We cater to ages from 3-12. Generally, our age groupings are 3-5 and 6-12. However, there could be some overlap depending on the childs level of development.
