You are WELCOME. If you are just looking to improve your basic running skills, or are looking for a place to do some interval and sprint work with a group. Maybe you are bored with your Boot Camp and want to keep up with some outdoor running workouts. This group is for you. All workouts are done in a motivating and encouraging environment and anyone is invited no matter where they are with their fitness levels.
