Endurance Program Details

BTB Endurance classes are included as a part of the regular BTB membership as an additional class offering. If you are not a BTB member, you are more than welcome to attend our Endurance training sessions as a compliment to any strength & conditoining you may be doing on your own. You can purchase individual classes and get scheduled on our self service website. 

Class Schedule:
Our normal Endurance class schedule is listed out below. This schedule can change at any time, so be sure to check out the BTB Gym Schedules page for any updates or cancellations. 

BTB Ponce: Mondays 6:00 AM, Tuesdays 6:30 PM and Wednesdays 6:00 AM
BTB Buckhead: Wednesdays 6:30 PM with add'l classes to be added soon.  

Any changes or cancellations due to inclimite weather wil be posted by 5:30 AM on the BTB Endurance Blog.  and updated on the gym schedules.

It all depends. There is no set standard for a Boot Camp and what makes a good one or a bad one. Many are simply glorified running groups.  Many of you in Atlanta are very familiar with BTB's former BootCamp program. When comparing our Endurance Program vs what WE used to do for Boot Camp, there is a bit of a difference. Yes, the Endurance program does meet outdoors. The BTB Endurance program concentrates on running skills and drills. When this is coupled with the BTB CrossFit strength & conditioning program- there is no equal. 

At the end of each BTB Endurance session, there is a short "Boot Camp Style" conditioning workout to polish off the sesison. If you are looking for what you might consider a true "Boot Camp" we recommend finding one of those. We might not be what you are looking for.  Many of our former BC clients have converted to the CrossFit + Endurance protocol and will never look back. If you are looking for effective training in a group environment vs. just the name "Boot Camp", then you'll find a good home here.
