For true endurance training, it is an add on program that is overlaid with the BTB CrossFit Program. Our endurance program focuses on running and general endurance. If you are a 2 sport or 3 sport athlete, the CrossFit endurance is your best play- but your biking and swimming workouts will be on your own- or with others in the group who are doing the same thing as you. Depending on the distance of your event or your goals- even if you are not getting ready for a specific event may determine your exact workouts. Generally, the protocol calls for 2 interval style and 1 tempo style training session per week. These are to be performed at least 3 hours before or after your Strengh & Conditioning workouts.
