August Benchmark Results

Amazing Results this morning, y'all! Everybody should be so proud. Everybody killed it this month! Would love to see y'all post your results in the comments for this month for everybody else to see. Woo hoo!!!

Check out the above video for great examples of how to do a proper air squat and see some common flaws and how to fix them. Y'all did great this morning, though!
