'Wired To Run': Runner's High May Have Been Evolutionary Advantage. Here's a quote from the article:
scientists have shown that rhythmic, continuous exercise — aerobic exercise — can in fact produce narcoticlike chemicals in the body.
The article goes on to note that some anthropologists say it's actually walking we evolved to do, and that running is just incidental. What do y'all think?
