Wake Up!!

Little bit of inspiration from Michael Jordan.

Thank you, Shelby, for that burner of a workout this morning! Might want to do some more stretching throughout the day after all those reps. Final week of the month. Y'all are looking great out there. Continue to give it your all. Can't wait to see the progress at the end of this month!

50 burpees 75 push-ups 100 sit-ups 200 squats with 400m run after each exercise. For those of you who slept late this morning, feel free to try this at home! Thanks Shelby!

Yes...I agree very nice workout Shelby...I went into a deep dark coma of a sleep afterward and woke up under my bed..only half alive :)
