Thank you, Tim, for a killer workout this morning! Everybody should be feeling those guns today after all those pushup to planks, mountain climbers, incline pushups, tricep dips. Oh yeah, who loved those gut checks? Nice effort out there everybody. Welcome to week two!!
We spent a fair amount of time rolling around in the grass today. Some of y'all might get a litte bit of what we call the Freedom Funk. Thank the City of Atlanta for whatever fertilizer they toss on the grass every once in a while. But some folks might get a little itchy on their skin. Be sure you wash off as soon as you can when you get home. We're going to start bringing some baby wipes - and feel free to bring your own as well - so when we get back to the cars, y'all can use those to wipe down a little a well. If you're really feeling the funk, you can apply a little bit of hydrocortisone cream. But don't worry, it'll go away.
Tomorrow, we're going to meet back at the Ponce Gym Parking lot. Rest up and get some more stretching in today.
