Stretching it out after a tough workout.Two tough days in a row. Way to push it hard this week. Tomorrow's a well deserved rest day and we'll be jumping back into it on Thursday for one of our fun, classic workouts. You don't want to miss it! Most of y'all are doing pretty good fueling your bodies. But we could all use a little improvement. Couple of key things to focus on:
• Eat quality protein within an hour after working out. It helps muscle recovery and boosts your metabolism.
• Eat smaller meals & snacks throughout the day to keep your metabolism running.
• Drink lots of water!!
