Calling all BTBers! Let's get back at it!

Whether you are a past or present Bootcamper, Crossfitter, or Couch Potato we want you to join us outside in the park for a free week of fitness. BTB Outside is Atlanta’s most exciting outdoor, community-focused workout! We've taken the best of all exercise programs (e.g., Crossfit, Bootcamp, Yoga) to create a comprehensive fitness regimen that will ensure unparalleled results and provide the most motivating and fun group workout experience you will ever have! We guarantee you'll look forward to hanging out with us at 6am!  And now, during the week of April 29 - May 3, it's free!!!  

Here's how it works: Just show up at 5:50 am at the BTB Ponce Gym Parking Lot during the week of April 29, no need to register for anything. You can join us for one day, some of the days, or all of the days, it doesn't matter: we'll be there to give you an awesome workout experience. Every day will be different: there's running, jumping, lifting, pushing, leaping, stretching, all sorts of fun stuff. We'll be outside every morning seeing the sun rise and sweating, laughing, getting stronger, toning up and getting' sexy. There is no better way to kick start your exercise routine for those summer months. Anybody and everybody is welcome to join us so spread the word to your friends and family and set your alarm clocks.

Winter Program is in Full Swing

OTB is currently running a winter maintenance workout schedule with veterans from the program. We're working out 3-days a week until the end of January.

We'll resume our regular program in February which will again be open to new athletes and veterans alike.

October Begins!

OTB Toys!Off and running for October. We'll be bringing lots of fun each day to you. We'll be constantly mixing it up, keeping you on your toes and making sure you have fun while getting a great workout. Remember, you'll do more before 7am than most everybody else does all day!
