Free Workout!

Join us Thursday, Feb. 23rd for a Fun, FREE workout. We meet at 5:50am at the Ponce Gym Parking Lot and will be working out starting promptly at 6am. We'll be done by 7am. It'll be fun, and a great workout! Come join us!

Friggin' Forty

Shelby threw just about everything at us this morning! Everybody had some nice form and was pushing it pretty hard. Way to go! Two more days of fun left. See y'all in the morning!

Crazy Tuesday

Stretching it out after a tough workout.Two tough days in a row. Way to push it hard this week. Tomorrow's a well deserved rest day and we'll be jumping back into it on Thursday for one of our fun, classic workouts. You don't want to miss it! And bring a friend, co-worker, lover, frenemy - anybody who would like to hang out with us and have some fun before the sun... rises.

Nutrition

Most of y'all are doing pretty good fueling your bodies. But we could all use a little improvement. Couple of key things to focus on:

• Eat quality protein within an hour after working out. It helps muscle recovery and boosts your metabolism.

• Eat smaller meals & snacks throughout the day to keep your metabolism running.

• Drink lots of water!!
