BTB Fitness is a group of small, independently owned Strength & Conditioning gyms or "Boxes" as we like to call them. Our gyms are very community based. Anyone who has the drive to succeed is welcome to train with us. Being a part of BTB is like being part of a big, extended family. We won't let you fail. We use the CrossFit methodology as our primary tool for general fitness, weight loss and performance. In addition to our CrossFit classes, we have a few other offerings including endurance training, CrossFit Kids, mobility/yoga, strength classes and olympic lifting. We are mostly a membership based program. However, we do offer personal strength & conditioning/fitness coaching and do have a non-member, per class option. You can read about all about our offerings on our membership page.
There are 4 BTB facilities around town and as a member you will have access to them all. Gym Locations
