Become a Part of BTB.

You can sign up for any of our memberships online. Every membership includes a BTB Dynamics course for no additional charge. If you are new to CrossFit, you must complete this course prior to starting our all levels classes. If you are an experienced CrossFitter or have already completed BTB Dynamics, you can start classes right away. Please check the BTB Dynamics Schedule before signing up to properly choose your start date.

The CrossFit methodology includes multiple fascets. We'll be covering the CrossFit concept as a whole (9 foundational movements of CrossFit), nutrition, bodyweight exercises, The Slow Lifts (back/front squat, deadlift and presses), Olympic Lifts (clean, jerk snatch) and various other basics used in our program (medicine balls, kettlebells, metabolic conditioning, plyometrics, etc). 

In addition to these basic tenents, we'll be exposing you to how things work in our gym, ways to scale certain exercies & workouts to make them work for you as an individual, expectations, etc. There is a lot of info covered in a short time. It's kind of like trying to drink from a fire hose. If you don't quite get a thing for two- don't worry. There is a skill review prior to each regular class once you are attending those.
