You can sign up for any of our memberships online. Every membership includes a BTB Dynamics course for no additional charge. If you are new to CrossFit, you must complete this course prior to starting our all levels classes. If you are an experienced CrossFitter or have already completed BTB Dynamics, you can start classes right away. Please check the BTB Dynamics Schedule before signing up to properly choose your start date.

Unlike most gyms and fitness facilities that take a "show & go" and good luck approach- we are a bit different in that we are more like a fitness/strength & conditioning coaching facility. There are a couple of steps to making sure we are a good fit for you and getting joined up. 

Step 1: Feel free to check us out. Each Saturday at 11:00 AM at all gyms, we have a free, open house workout for those without prior CrossFit experience. There are various other times scheduled as well. SIGN UP. In this session, we'll explain a little about our program and run you through a training session to give you a little "dose" of what our workouts and our culture is all about. It is not required that you participate if you just want to check out the facility and ask questions. If you cannot make the Saturday AM session, you are welcome to stop by the gym any time during our normal training hours to see the facility and to ask questions. Just know that during coaching hours, our trainers may be busy and only able to answer very basic questions. If you are looking for more detailed answers/explanations, feel free to contact us. 

Step 2: New members to our program will start with our Dynamics Workshop on ramp course. This is a course consisting of about 5 hours of coaching to prepare you for our all levels classes. You'll be taught all the how's & whys of our program in a small group environment. Each session of this course will include a workout based on the new skills and concepts that you have learned. The course is progressive- meaning it builds on itself starting with day 1. All memberships include our Dynamics course at no additional charge as the beginning of your membership. If you are not sure you want to do a membership or just want to learn about our program- you may purchase our Dynamics Workshop as an a la carte item and decide if you want to join the gym afterwards. Step 3: Join us! You can read all about our memberships and get yourself signed up online at your own convenience without the hassle of messy paperwork: JOIN BTB

If you can't make our normal Dynamics schedule work for you. No worries. You can take your Dynamics as a personal coaching series and work it around your schedule. This will be 4 personal coaching sessions for $300.00. Because this is personal training, this is not part of your membership and will be a separate charge. SIGN UP for one on one Dynamics and send us an email to get started with scheduling.
