No. Our workouts and exercises scale to any level. We don't like to segregate our classes. We regularly have high level performers working out right alongside those who may be just the average joe or jane, grandmothers, the obese or someone who is just de-conditioned.
In our Dynamics on ramp course, you will be taught how to assess our workouts and scale them appropriately for you as an individual. You'll also be shown the various modifications and progressions for the more difficult exercises that you may or may not be able to perform.
