Become a Part of BTB.

You can sign up for any of our memberships online. Every membership includes a BTB Dynamics course for no additional charge. If you are new to CrossFit, you must complete this course prior to starting our all levels classes. If you are an experienced CrossFitter or have already completed BTB Dynamics, you can start classes right away. Please check the BTB Dynamics Schedule before signing up to properly choose your start date.

Our normal gym program includes our CrossFit classes and any of the other classes listed on our gym schedule. BTB has a couple of separate programs as well.

We have a program called "OTB" or "Outside the Box". This is a monthly outdoor strength & conditioning program. It may be what you would consider our boot camp. The term "boot camp" has become very homogonized. We like to think of OTB as our CrossFit in the Park program. You can read all about OTB and getting signed up HERE

BTB Kids/CrossFit Kids is our fitness program for the younger set. In a nutshell, we have molded our adult program to be fun and well suited for our kids and kids of clients. The kids program is separate from your membership, but as an active BTB member, you will receive a 15% discount off of your purchase of BTB Kids classes. You can get info on this program HERE

We also offer Personal Training/Fitness Coaching. This can be done on a one on one basis or on a small group basis. Our PT clients run the spectrum of those who want the extra attention to detail to those who may have certain limitations preventing them from taking part in our all levels classes. Many of our PT clients are also gym members attending our group training regularly- but may have certain weaknesses they are working on or some specific goals or training needs in addition to our normal programming.
